Custom Caterers has been serving the Los Angeles area for more than 20 years. In September of 2017, Louis Pechan, the renowned chef of Hundred Miles took over operations from his friend, Richard Ortiz.
Using Richard’s concept of beautiful, customizable menus and his team of experienced chefs, Louis and his wife Timbrel have fine-tuned Custom Caterers to make the experience of our clients even more memorable. Our exceptional cuisine and sophisticated service assure a truly unforgettable experience that is both unique and tailored to you.

We recently heard Richard sold his business to Chef Louis Pechan and his wife Timbrel. We decided to utilize their services last week for an event, and they definitely exceeded our expectations.
